La Fiaschetteria is in the heart of the Verdi country, between Piacenza and Parma, just a step from Busseto, in the former stables of a fine 17th century manor house. La Fiaschetteria is a high point of Emilian gastronomic culture: this is the homeland of the prized cured meats of the lower Po plain (we make our own culatello) and of pasta dishes famous throughout the world. Inheriting a great tradition, La Fiaschetteria re-interprets it in a modern key so as to satisfy the wishes and tastes of contemporary diners.
